Important Information About Your Frozen or Canceled SolCard issued before December 1st.
We know many of you are currently unable to access your SolCard funds, and we want to explain what's happening and reassure you about your money's safety.
Here's the situation: One of our card providers, Alchemy Pay, is going through some unplanned system maintenance. This has caused several issues that are affecting our cardholders β some cards have been temporarily frozen, deposits have halted, and withdrawals are currently restricted.
First and foremost: your money is completely safe. Think of this like when your bank's website goes down for maintenance β frustrating, yes, but your money isn't going anywhere. The same applies here.
You might be wondering who Alchemy Pay is and why they matter. They're one of our licensed partner who helps us issue and manage SolCards, much like how Visa or Mastercard works with traditional banks. They follow strict security and regulatory requirements to protect your funds.
What we're doing about it: We're working closely with Alchemy Pay to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, you can already issue new cards through our platform.
Keeping you informed: We'll send updates through our Telegram channel and X (formerly Twitter) as soon as we have new information. You won't need to keep checking β we'll make sure you know as soon as your card is ready to use again.
Questions? Our support team is here to help. You can reach us through the Live Chat on our website or our Telegram Channel.
Thank you for your patience. We know how important access to your funds is, and we're doing everything we can to restore your service quickly.
Best regards, The SolCard Team
