Managing Active Sessions

The Active Sessions page allows you to monitor all devices currently logged into your SolCard account.

This helps ensure your account remains protected, even if you have logged in on multiple devices.

What You’ll See

On the Active Sessions page, each session displays the following details:

Field

Description

Status

Indicates whether the session is currently active.

IP Address

The IP address from which the session was initiated.

Location

The approximate geographic location of the session.

Last Login

Date and time of the last activity in this session.

Device

Type of device and operating system used for the session.

Action

Provides an End Session button to immediately terminate the session.

End session

How to End a Session

  1. Locate the session you want to end in the Active Sessions list.

  2. Click the End session button in the Action column.

  3. The session will immediately be terminated, and the user will be logged out of that device.

Ending a session does not affect your current device. Only the selected session will be logged out.

Why This Is Useful

  • Security: Instantly log out sessions on lost, stolen, or shared devices.

  • Monitoring: Keep track of all devices currently accessing your SolCard account.

  • Control: Ensure only your authorized devices remain logged in.
