This article helps you troubleshoot issues with receiving or using your SolCard email verification code.

Didn’t receive a code?
First, double-check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, try requesting a new code.

Code invalid?
If your email code shows up as invalid, simply request a fresh one and try again.

Using iCloud?
If your email is linked to iCloud, you might not receive the code at all this is a known issue. We recommend switching to an alternate email provider like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo for a smoother experience.

Still no code after waiting?
If you still haven't received a code after 30 minutes, please contact our support team and we'll help you out directly.
