If your Email code appears to be invalid, please request another code.

If you did not receive an Email code in the first place, make sure to check out your spam folder as well and request a new Email code if you cannot find it in there either.

If your Email is from iCloud, we ask you to provide an alternate Email address from a service like Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo. iCloud is known to have issues receiving 2FA codes.
