What Network Is Used for Crypto Top-Ups and Refunds?

SolCard only supports top-ups via the Solana (SOL) network. Refunds are usually sent in SOL, with rare exceptions manually processed in USDT

All crypto top-ups on SolCard are processed exclusively through the Solana (SOL) network. This means when you add funds to your SolCard, you must send SOL (Solana) to the top-up address provided.

Solana was chosen for its speed, low fees, and reliability ensuring your top-ups are confirmed quickly and cost-effectively. Other networks, such as Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain (BSC), are not supported. Sending funds from unsupported chains may result in permanent loss.

When it comes to refunds, SolCard also uses the Solana network by default. In rare cases, a refund may be processed in USDT on Solana, but only if handled manually by the support team. This is not automated and will depend on the nature of the refund request and internal review.

๐Ÿ” To summarize:

  • Top-ups: Always in SOL via Solana network

  • Refunds: Typically SOL via Solana, sometimes USDT if manually approved

Before sending any crypto, always double-check the network and follow the on-screen instructions carefully to avoid transaction errors or delays.
