Adding Your SolCard to Apple Pay or Google Pay Requires a Bank Call?
If you are trying to add your Full Access SolCard to Apple Wallet or Google Pay and see a message asking you to "call the bank", you do not need to call anyone. This is a standard verification step that we handle on our end.
Note: This only applies to Full Access SolCard holders.
What to Do
Log in to your SolCard dashboard.
Locate your card and click the three dots next to the Withdraw/Transfer button.
Click Request Activation.
Confirm that you have added the card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
Confirm whether you see the "call the bank" message.
Upload a screenshot showing the card has been added to your wallet (PNG or JPG, up to 5MB).
Read the rules carefully and click Request to submit.
Important Notes
Activation is only processed Monday to Friday. Requests made on weekends will be handled the next business day.
Activation is completed within 48 hours after submission.
Do not remove the card from your wallet while waiting, this will cancel the request and you will need to start again.
