π Card Cancellation & Balance Transfer
If your SolCard is canceled (or you're switching to a new card), you have two options for handling the remaining balance:
Option | Fee | Amount That Must Remain on Card | Notes |
Transfer to a New SolCard | $0 | $5 | Free transfer, but $5 must be left on the original card |
Withdraw to External Wallet | $1 (in USDT) | $5 | Standard withdrawal fee + $5 must remain on the card |
π‘ A $5 balance must always be left on the card when canceling, transferring, or withdrawing. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
π Important Notes:
Fees are automatically deducted from your balance when applicable.
Always ensure your SolCard has enough funds to cover both your purchase and any associated fees.
If a transaction fails due to insufficient funds for fees, it will be declined.
