If you're trying to add your Full Access SolCard to Apple Wallet and see a message asking you to “call the bank,” you do not need to call anyone.

📅 Please note: Apple Pay activation is only processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Requests made on weekends will be handled the next business day.

Instead, follow these quick steps to activate your card for Apple Pay:

✅ Step-by-Step: Request Manual Activation

  1. Log in to your Solcard dashboard.

  2. Locate your card and click the three dots (⋯) next to the Withdraw/Transfer button.

  3. Click on Request Activation.

  4. It will now ask: "Is this what you currently see on your Apple Wallet?"

  5. Select the correct option:

    • If you don’t see this message, your Apple Pay is working fine.

    • If you do see it, click "I see this."

  6. Next, carefully read the rules this part is VERY important.

  7. Once you've read the rules, click "Request" to submit your verification request.

That’s it! Now just wait at least 48 hours, and your card will be verified automatically.

📌 Important Notes

  • Activation will be completed automatically within 48 hours.

  • Activation is only processed Monday through Friday. Requests made on weekends will be queued for the next business day.

  • Do not remove the card from Apple Wallet while waiting. This will cancel the activation request, and you’ll need to request again.

  • This only applies to users with Full Access cards.
