Which deposits count

Non-stablecoin crypto (Signature and Private):

  • SOL, SOLC, JITO, wBTC and wETH on Solana

  • ETH on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Robinhood Chain

  • BNB, POL, AVAX, HYPE, BTC and LTC

Stablecoins (Private only): USDC, USDT and USDG, on deposits charged the standard deposit fee. Deposits to 0%-fee cards such as Platinum, or at a reduced fee, don't earn the stablecoin bonus. Non-stablecoin crypto deposits to Platinum still do.

Some card programs aren't eligible.

How it works

  1. Deposit. Each deposit is recorded at the amount loaded to your card, after fees.

  2. Spend. Each purchase uses your deposits oldest first, and credits a pending reward. The rate is the lower of your tier when you deposited and your tier when you spend.

  3. Wait about 7 days. Each reward becomes claimable about 7 days after the purchase.

Caps reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). A reward counts toward the month you made the purchase in.

Refunds

  • Refunded while the reward is pending: that reward is removed.

  • Refunded after it's claimable: the amount is taken from your future rewards.

Why didn't a deposit earn a reward?

Check that:

  • you held Signature or Private when you deposited and when you spent;

  • the coin and card are eligible (see above);

  • you haven't hit this month's cap;

  • the funds have actually been spent (rewards are credited at purchase, not deposit).
