Do I need a billing address for my card?
SolCard does not provide a fixed billing address.
When a merchant asks for a billing address, you can usually enter any valid U.S. address and the payment should work in most cases.
What billing address should I use?
You may use any valid U.S. address
The address does not need to be linked to your SolCard account
This works for most online merchants
Note: Some merchants perform additional address checks. In those cases, payments may still fail due to the merchant's own restrictions, not SolCard.
I don't have a U.S. address
If you don't have a U.S. address, you can generate one using a public address generator, for example: https://www.meiguodizhi.com/
Important Notes
SolCard does not verify or store billing addresses
Address-related declines are merchant-side decisions
If a payment fails even with a valid U.S. address, try a different address, a different merchant, or contact the merchant directly
