Deposit Expired, but I Still Sent Funds. What Do I Do Now?

If you sent funds to a deposit address after the deposit time expired, your funds may not have been automatically credited to your SolCard.

What to do:

Please contact our support team immediately. Provide your Deposit ID or Invoice ID, and we will manually verify your deposit to ensure your card balance is updated or your new SolCard is issued.
