Adding Your SolCard to Apple Pay or Google Pay

When adding your Full Access SolCard to Apple Wallet or Google Pay, you may see a Card Verification screen. This is completely normal, here's what you need to know.

Note: This only applies to Full Access SolCard holders.

What you'll see

The screen will show two verification options, a partial phone number and an email address. These are placeholders and are not your real details. The phone number and email shown on that screen belong to our card provider, not you.

Don't let that confuse you! No matter which option you pick, the OTP code will be sent straight to the email address you used to register your SolCard account.

What to do

  1. Pick either option on the verification screen, it doesn't matter which one you choose

  2. Check the inbox of your SolCard account email for the OTP code

  3. Enter the code to finish verification

  4. That's it, your card is ready to use with Apple Pay or Google Pay!
