Managing Your SolCard

This article covers common SolCard management questions, including expiry dates, transaction activity, billing addresses, and cardholder names.

Does My SolCard Ever Expire?

Each SolCard is valid for three years from the date it is issued.

If you would like to extend the expiry date after that period, please contact the SolCard Support team for assistance with the renewal process.

Where Can I See My Card Activity?

To view your SolCard activity:

  1. Go to the “My Wallet” section

  2. Select the correct SolCard

  3. Scroll down to view your activity

You will see two sections:

Transactions

Displays all purchases and payments made using your SolCard.

Top-ups

Displays all funds added to your SolCard. You can also filter or sort activity entries if needed.

Where Can I Find The Billing Address Of My Card?

SolCard does not provide a fixed billing address.

When a merchant requests a billing address, you can usually enter any valid U.S. address and the payment will work in most cases.

Important Information

  • The address does not need to match your SolCard account

  • SolCard does not verify or store billing addresses

  • Some merchants may still decline payments due to their own address verification systems

If a payment fails, you can try:

  • A different valid U.S. address

  • A different merchant

  • Contacting the merchant directly

If you do not have a U.S. address available, you may use a public address generator.

Can I Change The Name On My SolCard?

The name on your SolCard cannot be manually changed.

When you complete KYC verification, the cardholder name will automatically update to the verified name submitted during the verification process.

Benefits Of Completing KYC

  • Cardholder name updated to your verified name

  • Monthly spending limit increased to $100,000

  • 0% top-up fees

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay support for Platinum cards

Alternative Option

If you do not wish to complete KYC verification, you may withdraw the remaining balance from your current cards and create a new account using the correct name.
